Training on Quality & brief overview of Harassment and abuse of authority

 

Training on Quality & brief overview of Harassment and abuse of authority was held at The Centre of Excellence in Advanced Studies on 9th of June 2022. Salient features of the training were:-

  • “Whatever is agreed, needs to be delivered”.
  • Principles of QMS:
    • Customer Satisfaction
    • Leadership
    • Engagement of People
    • Improvement
    • Evidence based decision
    • Process approach is preferable over practice

As a result, SOPs that are framed were:

  • Transparent
  • Convenient
  • Best

Harassment and abuse of authority at workplace was defined and briefed, relevant laws, inquiry procedure and sentence/ punishment were discussed briefly. CAS has zero tolerance policy with regards to Harassment at workplace.

A positive feedback was received from participants. They calibrated this training session as very helpful & creative.
