Extended Diploma in LAW
LLB (Hons) Law course is the perfect pathway if you aspire to become a lawyer or barrister. An LLB qualification, also known as a Bachelor of Laws, is equivalent to a BA or BSc undergraduate degree, and is the first step to an exciting choice of career possibilities in the law sector and also in professions such as journalism, politics, policing, teaching, and much more.
With this professionally focused Law degree, you’ll learn practical skills that are focused on your future employability. Studying our LLB (Hons) Law also means you’ll start gathering the knowledge required for the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE 1), as well as taking an important step towards a Bar Training Course if you wish to qualify as a barrister. Students who want to graduate with a more universal LLB qualification that’s relevant across different global professions have a number of optional modules to choose from in year three. Each of these modules covers a particular field or career skill set, such as EU or international law, family law, or immigration and asylum law.

Upon completion of the 1st year, students will achieve L4 Extended Diploma in Law, awarded by ATHE and can progress to 2nd year.
Year 2 (at CAS)
Equity and Trusts – 30 CTS
EU Law – 30 CTS
Land Law – 30 CTS
Law of Tort – 30 CTS
Upon completion of the 2nd year, students will achieve L5 Extended Diploma in Law, awarded by ATHE and can progress to 3rd year at UK University.
What you can do upon completion of 2 Years Extended Diploma in Law (Progression):
Upon completion of 2 years at CAS, students can join Bloomsbury Institute London for 3rd year (final year) in London, UK. CAS has an agreement in place with Bloomsbury Institute London for the final year admissions. Students will get the conditional offer letter issued by Bloomsbury Institute London as soon as they register and enrolled with CAS for Diploma in Law program. Students are required to achieve the 2 years Extended Diploma in Law from CAS (awarded by ATHE) and IELTS with 6 band (minimum 5.5. in all four components) to get successful entry to 3rd year.
Upon completion of the 3rd year in UK, students can apply for 2 years Graduate Visa.
Entry Requirements:
Tuition fee: PKR 175000 / semester for 1st four semesters at CAS
Admission fee: 20,000 PKR (non-refundable)
Registration fee: 5000 (-non-refundable)
ATHE Award body fee: £200 for Level 4 (1st year) and £250 for Level 5 (2nd year) – To be paid within 15 days from the start of the course each year.
Work Placement:
Students will be provided work placements at local Law Firms throughout the program to enable you to get industry knowledge in parallel to the studies.
