We understand that Pakistan Bar Council has published our centre’s name on their website stating we are not offering Law programs in affiliation with a Foreign University. CAS team is in touch with Pakistan Bar Council team regarding this matter since their interpretation to our law programs provision is incorrect. The complete information along with documentary evidence was submitted to their team back on 2023 and 2024 however they did not understand the provisions and unjustly published our name on their website. We have wrote to them again on 11th Jan 2025 to remove our name from their website since the details are incorrect. Further information about this matter will be published in due course.
Please note that CAS offers UK Extended Law program (level 4 and 5) with is awarded by The Awards for Training and Higher Education (www.athe.co.uk). ATHE is an approved UK awarding body by Ofqual and their qualification are recognised. UK Universities accept ATHE qualifications for progression to their degree programs including LLB Top-Up.

In response to our Chairman’s letter dated 11th Jan 2025, where he requested Pakistan Bar Council to remove our name from their website due to misinterpretation, Pakistan Bar Council has adjourned the meeting for 22nd Jan 2025 and will set up a new meeting date to discuss the matter with our Chairman.
